Revlon: Financial Management Application

Revlon was faced with a critical development need in response to Sarbanes-Oxley requirements, and turned to Quoin to build a financial management application for product marketing events. We were responsible for assembling a project team, creating a project schedule, specifying application requirements, and coaching client staff. Our team is currently leading the implementation of the project. In addition, Quoin is working with IT leadership at Revlon to radically change the development process to support increased productivity and responsiveness to customer needs.
