A co-founder and President of Quoin, Brad Kain is a proven information
technology manager with a track record of successful development projects over
the last 21 years. He has led large-scale projects as a system architect,
project lead, and development manager. His background as an analyst and
developer enables a unique ability to broker technical issues with business
stakeholders and technologists. These skills allow him to collaborate with a
client to quickly establish and effectively manage critical business objectives.
Brad brings an extensive background in the development of web-based applications
in online publishing, financial services, e-commerce, life sciences, and other
domains. He has a multi-disciplinary background in mathematics and computer
science, and has worked with clients to define innovative applications for
community-oriented online services, knowledge management, and other applications
of Web 2.0 features. Brad is proud to have been a member of the Men's Varsity
Fencing Team at Penn State from 1982 to 1986.

Jean Pierre LeJacq is a hands-on technologist and project lead
with 24 years of software engineering experience. He has served as architect for
mission-critical systems in retail, e-commerce, financial services, health care,
insurance, distributed information services, life sciences, aerospace, and
telecommunications, and other domains. This breadth of knowledge enables Jean
Pierre to provide outstanding technical leadership for project teams . He
focuses on processes and tools that enable highly-productive teams - software
configuration management, continuous integration, test-driven development, and
quality metrics. He has a track record of successful implementation on
enterprise infrastructure and systems. Jean Pierre is a co-founder and Chief
Technology Officer of Quoin. His best effort in a marathon was 3 hours and 42
minutes.

Eric
Meyer, Vice President
Eric Meyer is a proven software architect with hands-on expertise in a broad
range of technologies for building web-based systems, including J2EE, XML, Ajax,
Dojo, Web Services, and Apache Cocoon. He is a veteran technical lead who works
closely with clients to create a collaborative project team. Eric has the rare
ability to balance business objectives, strategy, architecture, and technology
to deliver an outstanding system. As a Vice President at Quoin, Eric has applied
these skills in the development of applications in online publishing, content
management, e-commerce, distributed information services, retail, and customer
relationship management. Prior to discovering software engineering, Eric was a
full-time fire fighter.
