Project Manager - Boston MA

The Project Manager role requires a strong background in agile development practices and the ability to coordinate the work across project teams. The candidate will demonstrate the ability to work both independently and in teams to ensure tasks are completed on-time and with high-quality output - Quoin project teams are committed to producing error-free code and documentation.

Required Skills
  • 5+ years of practical experience in project coordination or management
  • Hands-on experience in an agile development environment
  • Experience in web, mobile, and enterprise software development
  • Experience in a Project Management Office or similar portfolio of IT projects
  • Outstanding communications skills
  • Ability to coordinate individual contributors with diverse technology and domain backgrounds


  • Create and maintain project plans, including estimates, resources, and schedules
  • Conduct sprint planning, daily standup, retrospective, and stakeholder demo meetings
  • Manage delivery staff allocation and time
  • Ensure the quality of project deliverables
  • PMO support including IT financial management
  • Monitoring and reporting on multiple projects
  • IT process management and improvement
Additional Skills:
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Product Owner (CPO)
  • Experience with project management tools
  • Experience with quality assurance and issue tracking tools
  • Experience in energy, retail, education, publishing, ecommerce, or online learning
