Project Manager - Davidson NC

The Project Manager role requires a strong background in agile development practices and the ability to coordinate the work of team members. The candidate will demonstrate the ability to work both independently and in teams to ensure tasks are completed on-time and with high-quality output - Quoin project teams are committed to producing error-free code and documentation.

Required Skills
  • 1 - 5 years of practical experience in project coordination or management
  • Hands-on experience in an agile development environment
  • Experience in web-based or enterprise software development
  • Outstanding communications skills
  • Extraordinary attention to detail
  • Ability to coordinate individual contributors with diverse technology and domain backgrounds
  • Ability to work independently


  • Create and maintain project plans, including estimates, resources, and schedules
  • Conduct sprint planning, daily standup, retrospective, and stakeholder demo meetings
  • Manage delivery staff allocation and time
  • Ensure the quality of project deliverables
  • Support business development as part of proposal teams
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives
  • Exhibit outstanding communication and collaboration skills
Additional Skills:
  • Experience as a Scrum Master for an agile development team
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
  • Experience with project management tools
  • Experience with quality assurance and issue tracking tools
  • Experience in retail, education, publishing, ecommerce, or online learning
