PublicRelay is a media monitoring and analytics SaaS that supports brand- and constituent-oriented organizations with actionable insights. As a key client and partner of Quoin, I wanted to highlight its recent and highly visible work for the Consumer Technology Association and CES 2017. The focus of this support was to perform analysis of top stories and issues surrounding CES. Using the PublicRelay platform to aggregate, analyze, and generate analytics for relevant content, the analyst team worked throughout the event. Updates were provided continuously, and included key influencers, trending technologies, and curated reactions by participants. The results of this sophisticated content analysis were presented on an oversized touchscreen display for CTA's communications team. The continuous feedback of insights and analytics allowed the show organizers to adroitly respond to participants and more time to focus on engaging the news media.
