Quoin was responsible for creating an engaging visual design and customer-focused UI/UX as part of the development of a new ecommerce platform for Comporium Communications, including engagerment of stakeholders in operations, marketing, and IT.

Since 2009, Quoin has supported Comporium Communications, a diversified communications company offering a full range of services including Internet, TV, phone, wireless, and home security/automation. Our work has included a range of web application development, system integration, security, support, and process improvement efforts. On a recent project, Quoin built a sophisticated ecommerce platform to help drive customer engagement and revenue, and included both design and implementation.

In support of our engineering team, Jon Steinber, Director of Digital Experience at Quoin, creaed an engaging and effective visual design. He worked closely with the executive sponsor, as well as a range of stakeholders throughout the organization. Jon led ideation and review sessions with representatives of operations, marketing, and information technology to synthesize a visual design. Throughout this iterative process, he helped to realize the client's vision for a modern aesthetic that represented Comporium Comminications as the familiar and trustworthy 'local phone company' that was also tech-savy. Additionally, his design maintained the established branding for the company, incorporating these elements. Jon also contributed to an effective user-experience, examing the user workflows for browsing and purchasing telecommunications services. His input ensured that the new ecommerce platfrom emphasized a customer-first approach that minimizes the actions required by a new or current customer.
